Sustainable Buildings
Szencorp Sustainable Buildings are commercial buildings retrofitted to world-leadership sustainability standards. Szencorp believes that it is not enough just to begin to build more efficient buildings – we need to focus on upgrading the bulk of existing buildings that waste huge amounts of energy and water every year.
The Szencorp Building at 40 Albert Road, South Melbourne, is Szencorp’s new headquarters. Built in 1987, 40 Albert Road was once a typical inefficient office building. Szencorp bought and refurbished the building in 2004-5 into a cutting-edge sustainable building. Read more about it here.
